Job summary

Southeast Connections is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and support recruiting activities across South Gas Regions and drive day-to-day effectiveness of the recruiting function. The role includes team leadership, budgeting, reporting, and managing sourcing platforms, with emphasis on skilled trades and field professionals.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading Talent Acquisition teams.
• Experience in skilled trades and field-based hiring.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume, geographically dispersed recruitment.
• Strong sourcing, interview, selection, and recruitment operations knowledge.
• Experience with recruiting budgets, vendors, invoices, and ad expenditures.
• Fountain experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support day-to-day recruiting activities across South Gas Regions.
• Coach and develop Talent Acquisition team members.
• Review priorities, activity, challenges, and performance in regular meetings.
• Partner with operational leaders and hiring managers to forecast workforce needs.
• Support recruiting for skilled trades, field operations, and critical roles.
• Ensure recruiters respond promptly to candidates and managers amid changing priorities.
• Monitor pipelines, bottlenecks, aging requisitions, and sourcing issues.
• Oversee use and administration of Fountain and other recruiting tech.
• Manage job boards, social media, sourcing tools, and platforms.
• Develop sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill and high-volume roles.
• Analyze recruiting data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare reports and communicate progress to leadership.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense management for Talent Acquisition.
• Review vendor invoices and expenditures; manage external relationships.
