Qualifications

• Experience supporting a scaling, high-volume talent acquisition function.
• Ability to manage complex scheduling across multiple time zones with precision.
• Strong communication to articulate process challenges and propose fast-turnaround solutions.
• Proficient use of Applicant Tracking Systems to improve throughput.

Responsibilities

• Support high-volume interview scheduling across multiple time zones, balancing availability.
• Operate ATS and scheduling tools to manage complex loops for virtual and onsite candidates.
• Act as main contact for candidates and interviewers, ensuring rapid responses.
• Maintain real-time data, templates, and documentation across systems to enable quick decision-making.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify bottlenecks and drive throughput improvements.
• Contribute to reporting on scheduling speed and pipeline velocity.
