Job summary

Huzzle is hiring an Operations Associate who will own the candidate experience from match to hire, guiding interviews and preparation, creating compelling briefs, and coordinating onboarding communications.

You will also support client relationships with outreach, scheduling, and documentation while helping to optimize workflows and track key metrics as the team scales. This role is fully remote with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a communication-heavy role (customer service, recruitment, or appointment setting).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with attention to clarity and professionalism.
• Super organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and collaboration platforms to stay data-driven.

Responsibilities

• Own the candidate experience from match to hire: guide interviews and preparation, create briefs, manage onboarding comms, and perform regular check-ins.
• Support client relationships with sales follow-ups, outreach, interview scheduling, and documentation.
• Improve and optimize processes: refine communication workflows, support scaling, and track key metrics.
