You'll collaborate with the Talent Operations team to balance candidate, interviewer, and hiring manager availability, maintain real-time data, and drive measurable improvements to throughput and turnaround

Qualifications

• Experience supporting scaling, high-volume talent acquisition with focus on operations.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-time-zone scheduling with precision.
• Strong communication to articulate process challenges and propose fast-turnaround solutions.
• Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems to increase team efficiency.
• Problem-solving in fast-paced pipelines while maintaining accuracy.
• Adaptable to scaling, high-volume environment with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Support high-volume interview scheduling across multiple time zones, balancing availability at pace.
• Operate ATS and scheduling tools to manage complex interview loops for virtual and onsite candidates.
• Act as a key contact for candidates and interviewers, ensuring rapid responses and a seamless experience.
• Maintain accurate real-time data, documentation, and templates across internal systems.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify bottlenecks and implement throughput improvements.
• Contribute to reporting on scheduling speed, pipeline velocity, and interview completion rates.
