Helsing, based in Washington DC, is seeking a Talent Operations Coordinator to support high-volume interview scheduling and improve throughput across time zones. You will partner with the Talent Operations team to keep our hiring pipelines moving quickly and deliver a smooth candidate experience.

This role focuses on real-time data, ATS usage, and process improvements, shaping how specialists join our defense AI teams while balancing confidentiality and fast decision cycles.

Qualifications

• Have supported a scaling, high-volume talent acquisition function with operational execution.
• Manage complex, multi-time-zone scheduling with precision.
• Communicate clearly and propose practical, fast-turnaround solutions.
• Use Applicant Tracking Systems to increase team efficiency and throughput.
• Solve problems quickly to keep pipelines moving.
• Maintain confidentiality in a scaling, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Support high-volume interview scheduling across multiple time zones.
• Operate Applicant Tracking Systems and automated scheduling tools.
• Act as a key point of contact for candidates and interviewers.
• Maintain accurate, real-time data and templates across internal systems.
• Identify scheduling bottlenecks and implement measurable improvements.
• Report on scheduling speed, pipeline velocity and interview completion rates.
