NYPCC seeks a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager with recruitment, onboarding, branding, marketing, engagement, and other HR initiatives. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, I-O psychology, HR, or related field.
• 2-4 years of recruitment or HR coordination experience.
• Experience in in-person and virtual recruiting, including job fairs.
• Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Mission-driven and able to represent NYPCC professionally.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle to travel across Bronx, Brooklyn, and Queens.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment: screen, evaluate, and interview candidates.
• Represent NYPCC at virtual and in-person events, including college recruiting, job fairs, and community events.
• Draft job descriptions and post positions on internal and external job boards.
• Source and screen candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency.
• Build and maintain relationships with school partners and community organizations.
