You will partner with our Talent Team and hiring managers to keep recruiting running smoothly as we scale, handling interview coordination, candidate logistics, and event planning. You’ll bring highly organized, detail‑oriented work style to arrange interviews, schedule events, manage budgets and logistics, and continuously improve our processes.

Qualifications

• Experience scheduling or coordinating interviews or meetings.
• Experience coordinating events or logistics-heavy projects is a plus.
• Demonstrated growth and ability to learn quickly.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own the candidate experience from journey start to hire.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to move candidates through interviews.
• Schedule interviews and handle candidate logistics promptly.
• Plan and execute recruiting events from venue sourcing to day-of coordination.
• Manage event details: budgets, timelines, materials, food & beverage, swag, and logistics.
• Improve internal processes related to candidate experience and recruiting programs.
