• Experience coordinating events, programs, or other logistics-heavy projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the candidate experience throughout their journey with the company.
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams to move candidates efficiently through the interview process.
• Schedule candidate interviews and handle candidate logistics in a timely and accurate manner.
• Plan and execute recruiting events from start to finish, including venue sourcing, vendors, invitations, attendee communications, logistics, and day-of coordination.
• Own the details behind events- budgets, timelines, run-of-show, materials, food & beverage, swag, and other logistics- to ensure a seamless attendee experience.
• Improve and refine internal processes, systems, and our general approach related to candidate experience.
• Initiate and contribute to projects that will improve and scale our recruiting processes and programs.
