• Experience scheduling or coordinating meetings or interviews; part of broader role.

• Ability to manage shifting priorities and navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own the candidate experience throughout their journey with our portfolio and Human Capital.
• Partner with embedded talent teams to move candidates efficiently through interview processes.
• Schedule candidate interviews and manage logistics in a timely and accurate manner.
• Improve and refine internal processes related to candidate experience.
• Initiate projects to scale recruiting processes across portfolio companies.
