Job summary

REGENT is seeking a Talent Programs Coordinator to build and run interview scheduling, campus recruiting, and intern programs while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. You’ll own logistics for travel, relocation, and event coordination as REGENT scales.

You’ll partner with the People team to grow year-round campus partnerships, manage communications, and implement workflows that make recruiting faster and more candidate-centric.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating recruiting programs and campus partnerships.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines with precision.
• Strong email and in-person communication for candidate experience.
• Ability to turn ideas into repeatable programs.
• Comfort learning new tools and handling data tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own interview scheduling and coordination across teams to keep the process moving.
• Coordinate candidate communications, travel, onsite logistics, and interview-day details.
• Build and run a year-round campus program with universities, career centers and student orgs.
• Oversee intern and early-career recruiting including applications, interviews, pipeline tracking, offers.
• Plan and run recruiting events like career fairs and campus visits.
• Serve as a point of contact for relocation logistics and new-hire support.
• Improve workflows, templates, docs, and automation to streamline recruiting.
• Keep recruiting data trackers accurate and analyze program performance.
