Job summary

REGENT is seeking a Talent Programs Coordinator to streamline recruitment operations and build early-career pipelines. You’ll manage interview coordination, travel logistics, and campus partnerships while shaping year-round programs beyond intern season.

You’ll partner with the People team to run campus events, coordinate relocation, and improve workflows. If you love turning complexity into repeatable programs, REGENT offers growth with the team as it scales.

• Experience coordinating campus programs and university partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Keep interview process moving by coordinating schedules across teams.
• Create a great candidate experience through thoughtful communications and logistics.
• Help build a year-round campus recruiting program with university partners.
• Coordinate intern and early-career recruiting, including applications and offers.
• Run recruiting events such as career fairs and campus visits.
• Support relocation logistics from offer to arrival for new hires.
• Develop better ways of working, templates, and automation.
• Use data to measure program effectiveness and improve processes.
