You will manage onsite interview experiences, scheduling, candidate travel, ATS records, and cross‑functional coordination for events and hiring initiatives, with a focus on meticulous organization and clear, professional communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, administration, communications, or a STEM field.
• 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, administrative support, hospitality, event coordination, or a similarly detail‑oriented role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple interview schedules and priorities.
• Clear, professional communication and a welcoming approach to candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers.
• Experience managing calendars in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly learn recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

• Owning the onsite interview experience, including room readiness, presentation setup, candidate arrival, and serving as the primary point of contact throughout the visit.
