Job summary

Roboflow, Inc. is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our People Operations team.

You’ll own interview coordination, candidate experience, and data accuracy across Ashby, working with recruiters, hiring managers, and external partners. This remote-first role offers a target base of $75,000 to $95,000 per year, equity, and travel or productivity stipends, plus generous health coverage and unlimited PTO.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in recruiting coordination or related high-volume roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple calendars.
• Ability to work across time zones with clarity and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Own interview coordination across priority searches, including scheduling and follow ups.
• Create a polished, thoughtful candidate experience from first interview through final stage.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and external search partners to move searches quickly.
• Maintain accurate candidate, job, stage, and interview data in Ashby.
• Prepare interview plans, candidate packets, and weekly search health materials.
• Support weekly search health meetings with agendas and notes.
