Our mission is to make the world programmable. Sight is one of the key ways we understand the world, and soon this will be true for the software we use, too. We’re building the tools, community, and resources needed to make the world programmable with artificial intelligence. Roboflow simplifies building and using computer vision models. Today, over 1M+ developers, including those from half the Fortune 100, use Roboflow’s machine learning open source and hosted tools. That includes counting cells to accelerate cancer research, improving construction site safety, digitizing floor plans, preserving coral reef populations, guiding drone flight, and much more. Our team is small relative to our impact, and we believe our user success is our success, not the inverse. A team member summarized: “Roboflow is a company full of giant brains and tiny egos.” We find software has a multiplier effect on all roles, not only product and engineering, so Roboflow employs developers across the company in design, sales, customer support, marketing, and beyond. We’re supported by great customers and investors, having raised over $63 million from Google Ventures, Y Combinator, Craft Ventures, Sam Altman, Lachy Groom, and other leading software investors.
Primarily, you like to make great things with passionate colleagues. You are someone who likes to own outcomes, not only inputs. You’re motivated by having responsibility and accountability. You’re eager to do the work, big and small. You’re energized by creating order, helping teams move faster, and giving candidates a thoughtful, organized experience. You enjoy being the person who keeps many moving pieces on track, whether that means coordinating interviews, following up on feedback, preparing candidate materials, or making sure the right people have the right information at the right time. You’re motivated by the question, “How can I make this smoother?” and you have a track record of improving processes, communication, and follow through. You care about details because you know they shape the candidate experience and the hiring team’s ability to make good decisions. We are less concerned with the number of years you’ve spent in recruiting than with the ownership, judgment, and organization you bring to the work. You believe exceptional hiring is one of the highest leverage activities inside a company, and you want to help build the systems that make great hiring possible.
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll help Roboflow build a fast, thoughtful, and organized hiring process across sales, customer success, marketing, engineering, product, customer facing technical roles, and operations. You’ll partner closely with the People team, hiring managers, recruiters, external search partners, interviewers, and candidates to keep searches moving and create an excellent candidate experience. This is a high leverage role for someone who is extremely organized, clear in communication, and excited to help build recruiting systems from the ground up. The work you do will directly influence how quickly Roboflow can hire exceptional people and scale the team. Success in this role means candidates feel taken care of, hiring managers and recruiters have the information they need, interviews happen smoothly, feedback loops stay tight, and recruiting data and processes become more reliable over time.
Roboflow’s team is distributed around the world, with Hubs in New York City, San Francisco, Brazil, and Singapore. This role is based in our New York City Hub and works from the office five days per week. We offer a relocation bonus for candidates moving to New York, as well as a $4,000 annual travel stipend to connect with Roboflowers at company onsites and in our other Hubs.
To determine your compensation, we use a number of market and data driven salary sources. We review compensation every six months to ensure we remain aligned with the market. We are open to exceptional candidates across multiple experience levels, from strong recruiting coordinators to more experienced recruiting operations partners.
The target base compensation for this role is $90,000 to $110,000, with additional equity compensation.
Compensation, title calibration, and scope of ownership will be determined based on demonstrated capability, expected impact, and the needs of the business.
We’ll review your application, LinkedIn, and any materials you share.
