• Self-starter, coachable, and able to own a desk
• Available during US hours (mornings/nights)

Responsibilities

• Conduct 10–15 minute introductory screening calls with senior US-based candidates
• Build rapport quickly to gain trust
• Follow screening scripts while keeping conversation natural
• Use evaluation guide to decide fit and log findings
• Own call schedule, no-shows, and follow-ups
• Spot patterns to help improve recruiting process
