Job summary

Zocdoc is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Operations to build the talent operations function from the ground up. You will lead a Hybrid IC/manager role, be hands-on with tooling, and manage a small Recruiting Coordinators team as the function scales.

You’ll establish dashboards, processes, and knowledge systems to improve efficiency and support global recruiting efforts. This role partners with TA leadership and Legal, All while growing with the business.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years in Talent/Recruiting Operations or related function.
• Hands-on ATS configuration and tooling.
• Experience building dashboards and recruiting metrics.
• Experience mentoring a coordination team.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build recruiting dashboards and define the metrics that matter.
• Ensure data integrity across systems and enable self-serve for TA leaders.
• Turn data into actionable recommendations, not just reporting.
• Design and build a knowledge management system for the TA team.
• Manage and develop a team of 2 Recruiting Coordinators and scale the function.
