Job summary

Zocdoc is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Operations to build and own the talent operations function from the ground up. The role blends individual contributor work with people management, including configuring tools, building knowledge systems, and delivering dashboards.

You will lead 2 Recruiting Coordinators with plans to scale as the function matures, driving efficiency and data-driven decision making across talent acquisition.

Talent Operations is the engine behind that work - the systems, data, and processes that let recruiters spend their time on people, not on process. We're building this function from the ground up, and this role will be at the center of it. We're looking for a Senior Manager, Talent Operations to build our talent operations function from scratch. You've done this before - you know what it takes to go from "recruiters cobbling together workarounds" to an operational backbone: clean tooling, documented process, and metrics leaders actually trust. This is a hybrid IC/manager role. Day to day, you'll be hands-on - configuring tools, building knowledge systems, standing up dashboards. You'll also lead a team of 2 Recruiting Coordinators, with the team expected to grow as the function matures.
