Job summary

Zocdoc is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Operations to build our talent operations backbone from the ground up. You’ll configure tools, stand up dashboards, and lead a small team of Recruiting Coordinators in a fast-paced, global setting.

You’ll partner with TA leadership, Legal and Total Rewards to standardize processes, ensure compliance, and drive scalable, data-driven recruiting across the organization.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience in Talent/Recruiting Operations or a closely related function.
• Hands-on ATS configuration and administration (Greenhouse preferred).
• Experience with sourcing/CRM tools (Gem or similar).
• Proven experience building dashboards and recruiting metrics/reporting.
• Experience managing or mentoring a coordination team.
• Strong project management skills with multiple workstreams.
• Comfortable operating as both individual contributor and people leader.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize our recruiting tech stack (Gem, Greenhouse, BrightHire), ensuring configurations fit how the team works.
• Design and build a knowledge management system for the TA team with playbooks, SOPs, onboarding materials, and process docs.
• Partner with TA Leadership and the People Analytics team to build recruiting dashboards and define key metrics.
• Ensure data integrity across systems so reporting is trustworthy and self-serve for TA leaders.
• Streamline recruiting processes end-to-end and ensure compliance with internal policy and employment law.
• Collaborate with Legal, People Systems, Total Rewards to implement new processes and standardize globally.
• Manage and develop a team of 2 Recruiting Coordinators; scale as the function grows.
