Job summary

Zocdoc is seeking a Lead Technical Recruiter to scale our technology teams in a fast-paced, fully remote environment. You will own end-to-end recruitment for senior ICs and leadership roles, partnering with engineering and product leaders to accelerate hiring while maintaining a candidate-centric experience.

You’ll use data to optimize funnels, deliver market insights, and mentor peers, all while advancing diversity and inclusive pipelines across distributed teams in the United States.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with focus on in-house technical recruiting across software engineering, infrastructure, data, security, product, or technology leadership.
• Proven operational impact improving speed, quality, or conversion in hiring processes.
• Executive presence and ability to influence senior technology leaders and executives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering and technology leaders to audit and optimize recruitment workflows, ensuring fast, structured interview loops.
• Serve as trusted advisor to technology leadership with market intel and realistic pipeline expectations.
• Own end-to-end recruitment for critical roles across levels, including leadership positions from Manager to Director.
• Coach and uplift peers on interviewing, candidate evaluation, and ATS hygiene.
• Track funnel health and forecast hiring output using recruitment metrics.
• Proactively source and build diverse talent slates for inclusive pipelines across distributed teams.
