Job summary

Zocdoc is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Operations to build and own the talent operations function from the ground up. The role blends individual contributor work with people management, including configuring tools, building knowledge systems, and delivering dashboards.

You will lead 2 Recruiting Coordinators with plans to scale as the function matures, driving efficiency and data-driven decision making across talent acquisition.

Qualifications

• Experience building talent ops from scratch and scaling processes.
• Strong ability to configure recruiting tools and knowledge systems.
• Proven track record of leading operational initiatives in talent acquisition.
