You will own end-to-end recruitment for critical tech roles, partner with engineering leaders, and optimize hiring funnels to deliver top talent.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in in-house technical recruiting, strong data/ATS fluency, and a track record of stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a heavy focus on in-house technical recruiting across software engineering, infrastructure, data, security, product, or technology leadership.
• Proven Operational Impact: Identify inefficiencies in technical hiring processes and implement improvements to speed, quality, or conversion.
• Executive Presence: Build trust with senior technology leaders and executives.

Responsibilities

• Operationalizing Technical Hiring: Audit and optimize recruitment workflows with engineering leaders to ensure fast, structured interview loops.
• Senior Stakeholder Advisory: Provide market intelligence and set realistic pipeline expectations for technology leadership.
• Executing High-Impact Searches: Own end-to-end recruitment for critical positions across levels from ICs to Directors.
• Mentorship & Process Rigor: Coach peers on structured interviewing, candidate evaluation, and ATS hygiene.
• Funnel Analytics & Pipeline Health: Track metrics and report to technology leadership to drive decisions.
