Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting across software, infrastructure, data, security, or leadership roles.
• A track record of improving speed, quality, or conversion in technical hiring.
• Ability to build trust with senior technology leaders and executives.
• Deep familiarity with technical roles, leveling, motivations, and markets.
• Fluency with ATS and sourcing platforms to drive data-informed decisions.
• Proven remote work success with clear communication across distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Audit and optimize recruitment workflows with engineering leaders to ensure fast, structured interview loops.
• Advise technology leadership using market intel and realistic pipeline expectations.
• Own end-to-end recruitment for critical roles, from Manager to Director level.
• Mentor teammates on structured interviewing, evaluation, and ATS hygiene.
• Track funnel metrics and deliver clear reports to tech leadership.
• Build diverse pipelines with inclusive sourcing strategies.
