Job summary

Southern Industrial Constructors Inc. seeks a Talent Processing Coordinator in Raleigh, NC to handle office administration and onboarding for craft employees, ensuring paperwork and pre-employment tasks are completed accurately and timely.

You will maintain data in the system, support orientations, and assist with motor vehicle records and safety training, with emphasis on communication and professionalism across all levels.

Qualifications

• HIPAA knowledge preferred.
• Computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and database management.
• Basic clerical skills: data entry, report preparation, file maintenance, scheduling, invoicing.
• Strong interpersonal communication, attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Distribute and monitor all hiring related paperwork.
• Process all pre-employment requirements (background checks, drug screens, BAT, MVR).
• Register and support online safety training for employees.
• Maintain call logs, candidate databases, and craft talent pool.
• Assist with new employee orientations.
• Complete forms for site orientations (Good Guy Letters, etc.).
• Process and maintain motor vehicle records.
• Communicate effectively in English at all levels.
• Maintain regular attendance and timeliness.
• Project professionalism in all interactions.
• Other duties as assigned.
