Job summary

The Home Influencers seeks a Talent Manager to identify and develop relationships with top creators in home and design. You will recruit and onboard talent, manage partnerships between creators and brands, and negotiate contracts for social media deliverables across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.

This commission-only role rewards performance, with earnings based on revenue from brand partnerships, creator deals, and client acquisitions, with potential to move to a full-time salaried

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience with managing creators, brand relationships, and negotiating contracts for social media based deliverables across channels including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.
