Our client is an established digital talent management business looking to bring an experienced Talent Manager or Senior Talent Manager into their Los Angeles office.

They're looking for someone with strong commercial experience, an existing network within the creator economy and a track record of generating revenue through brand partnerships.

The role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative team, develop an established roster and benefit from a competitive commission structure.

What You'll Do

• Manage a roster of digital creators, overseeing their commercial partnerships and career development.
• Pitch talent to brands and agencies to secure new partnership opportunities.
