Influencer Talent Agent

Job Type: Full-Time Freelance Contract (Flexible Hours)

Compensation: COMMISSION ONLY – Earn between $1,000–$10,000 monthly based on performance (on average)

Job Summary

As an Influencer & Talent Agent, you’ll exclusively represent a roster of talent provided by Clicks Talent, proactively securing brand deals and maximizing earning potential for our influencers. Leveraging our in-house software and your expertise, you'll cultivate strong relationships, negotiate lucrative contracts, and strategically grow influencer careers.

Responsibilities

• Talent Representation: Represent, support, and strategically guide a roster of provided influencers, helping them grow their audiences and monetize their content.
• Brand Partnerships: Secure and negotiate high-value deals with brands, agencies, and record labels, creating successful campaigns for your talent roster.
• Relationship Building: Maintain constant communication with influencers and brands to ensure successful collaborations.
• Strategic Growth: Develop targeted strategies alongside our internal teams to expand influencer reach, increase engagement, and drive revenue growth.
• Autonomous & Flexible Work: Work independently in a fully remote, flexible environment, driving your own success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in influencer marketing, talent management, talent representation, or relevant sales roles.
• Strong understanding of platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, and Kick.
• Excellent relationship-building and strong negotiation skills.
• Proactive, driven, and comfortable working autonomously.
• Hustle and patience—able to close deals quickly and nurture long-term relationships.
• Highly organized, skilled with data management, and proficient in Google Sheets.
