Responsibilities

• Build a talent roster.
• Manage 30+ influencers.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements.

• Collect and report back-end creator metrics.
• Maintain organization in CRMs.

A-List Me is hiring a Junior Influencer Talent Manager.

A-List Me is a Talent Management Agency that represents over 400 Influencers and connects them with brands for paid partnerships. We are a small and fast growing company and therefore the ideal candidate will be ambitious, filled with ideas, and motivated to grow with the company.

The Talent Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned clients, develop new business and actively seek new opportunities. Talent Managers answer client queries, seek new brand partnerships, and sign new talent.

Compensation

• Salary: Salary starts at $32,100 plus 5% uncapped commission model, paid out monthly
• Benefits: Health and dental insurance, PTO, 401k (after a year of employment), and paid holidays

As a talent manager, your job role includes:

• Build a talent roster
• Manage 30+ influencers
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all influencers listed under you
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
• Serve as coordinator for your Influencers, attend internal/client calls
• Collect and report back-end creator metrics
• Maintain organization in CRMs
• Invoicing and Payment Collection
• Brand Outreach
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

As a talent manager you should have the following skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience: 0-3 years of experience (internships included)
• Highly motivated
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• An expert in everything social media: Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
