  • Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify high-potential talent and support development strategies that strengthen leadership and critical talent pipelines.
  • Support enterprise talent review and succession planning processes, including readiness assessments, talent discussions, development planning, and critical role succession activities.
  • Support workforce planning efforts through talent insights, capability assessments, succession data, and analysis of talent risks and opportunities.
  • Stay current on relevant industry trends, research, and legal requirements, and incorporate appropriate practices into talent programs and resources.
What you’ll need

  • Demonstrated experience supporting talent reviews, succession planning, career development, performance management, or related talent processes, including the use of data-informed talent or assessment practices.
  • Experience working in a complex, high-growth, or matrixed organization; experience in technology, robotics, or manufacturing is preferred.
  • Experience using Workday or a comparable HR system to support scalable talent processes.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate data and stakeholder input into clear insights and practical recommendations.
