Job summary

The University of Missouri - Columbia is seeking a Talent Management Module ERP Lead to provide functional leadership for planning, configuration, testing, and optimization of ERP talent management solutions across campuses and healthcare.

You will serve as the primary SME for module-related processes, collaborating with stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners to support organizational objectives and successful ERP adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with at least 3 years of experience.
• Experience in Higher Education and/or Healthcare.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, business processes, and functional operations applicable to the assigned module.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
• Ability to evaluate processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement and increased efficiency.
• Experience with project management, change management, tool-implementation and/or the development and dissemination of training.

Responsibilities

• Contribute a strong understanding of talent management processes across Health Care, academic medical centers, and/or higher education.
• Evaluate current-state performance management and training processes across internal stakeholder groups, identifying opportunities for process alignment.
• Configure performance management and mandatory training processes, including rules, templates, notifications, security roles, and approvals.
• Evaluate established processes involving external vendors, including survey platforms, and recommend opportunities to streamline and enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with HR Partners, SMEs, unit leaders, managers, compliance teams, and HRIS to translate business needs into clear system processes.
• Develop review templates, rating scales, competencies, goals, eligibility groups, review periods, reminders, and performance processes for various employee groups.
• Establish audiences for required training and surveys based on role, job, department, location, and compliance needs.
• Ensure workflows, records, and reports meet policy, accessibility, records retention, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Manage integrations with external vendors, related internal processes, certifications, testing, dashboards, documentation, training materials, change support, and ongoing improvements.
