Job summary

University of Missouri-Columbia seeks an experienced ERP Lead to own recruitment processes within the MU Health Care ERP initiative. You will plan, configure, test, and optimize recruiting modules during the cloud ERP migration, ensuring regulatory compliance, security, and seamless integration with other HR systems.

Responsibilities include mapping requirements, designing requisitions and postings, leading testing, and delivering training and go-live support for high-volume healthcare hiring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and healthcare recruiting processes.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
• Ability to evaluate processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement and increased efficiency.
• Experience with project management, change management, tool-implementation and/or the development and dissemination of training.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and functional stakeholders across the organization.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a project-oriented environment.
• Ability to support system testing, validation, training, and implementation activities.
• Ability to develop and maintain documentation related to business processes and system functionality.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders, project teams, vendors, and implementation partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the future-state recruitment processes from requisition to preboarding handoff and map required configurations.
• Assess current recruitment estate and recommend replacements, integration, or retirement.
• Translate stakeholder needs into traceable business and technical requirements.
• Own the scope of licensed Recruiting modules and identify unlicensed modules that could block processes.
• Design requisitions, postings, candidate stages, offer approvals, and security roles.
• Ensure recruitment processes meet healthcare regulatory and institutional requirements.
• Define and manage boundaries with adjacent workstreams like position management and job architecture.
• Lead end-to-end testing of recruitment processes, configuration, integrations, security, and compliance controls.
• Deliver reports, training, and post-go-live support and drive ongoing process improvement.
