Job summary

University of Missouri-Columbia is seeking three ERP Project Managers to support a strategic, enterprise-wide ERP implementation across HR, Finance, and administrative operations. You will lead planning, governance, and coordination across workstreams to modernize core systems.

Qualified candidates bring experience in ERP deployments, PMO environments, and stakeholder engagement in higher education or public-sector settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with five years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing ERP, HRIS, or enterprise technology implementations.
• Experience in higher education, healthcare, or public-sector environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and administer detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables for the assigned workstream.
• Coordinate planning activities within the HR, Finance, or Technical workstream and with related program teams.
• Facilitate planning sessions to identify dependencies, resource requirements, and critical path activities.
• Monitor workstream progress and support completion of deliverables according to approved timelines and scope.
• Maintain project management tools, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms for the assigned workstream.
• Support phase transitions across Readiness, Plan, Architect & Configure, Test, Deploy, and Sustain phases.
• Monitor workstream status, key performance indicators, milestones, and resource utilization.
• Prepare workstream status updates and governance materials in coordination with the Workstream Lead and PMO.
• Facilitate RAID management processes for the assigned workstream.
• Maintain governance logs and tracking documentation.
• Escalate issues and decision points to the Workstream Lead through appropriate governance channels.
• Support compliance with established program governance standards.
