Job summary

The University of Missouri-Columbia is seeking a Recruit Module ERP Lead to drive planning, configuration, testing, and optimization of the recruitment ERP across campuses. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required, plus 3 years of related work experience.
• Experience with ERP implementations and recruitment processes in higher education or healthcare is preferred.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions and configure workflows, roles, and data needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, configuration, testing, and ongoing optimization of the recruitment ERP module.
• Collaborate with HR partners, hiring managers, SMEs, HRIS, and technical teams to align job data, systems, and processes.
• Ensure compliance with policy, EEO, accessibility, records retention, and security requirements.
• Manage integrations with career sites, job boards, background checks, assessment vendors, and partners.
• Lead end-to-end testing and validate data quality and security controls.
• Develop and maintain documentation, training, and post-implementation support.
