Job summary

Malabar Group in New Jersey is seeking an adaptable HR professional to develop recruiting strategies, conduct candidate searches, and implement ATS and onboarding systems. You will design training for new store openings and orient new hires, ensuring compliant and smooth onboarding.

You will also handle employee relations, performance management, immigration/visa processes, payroll coordination, and office administration to support ongoing store operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet employer’s needs.
• Perform searches for qualified candidates using campus networks, social media, networking, advertising, and referrals.
• Implement ATS, onboarding module, and document repository.
• Design and deliver training for new store openings and new hire orientation.
• Conduct investigations and progressive discipline as needed.
• Support employee relations, performance management, and surveys.
• Manage immigration and visa processes and ensure legal compliance.
• Coordinate payroll, office administration, and store opening logistics.
