Qualifications

• Two to three years of HR experience.
• Experience with ATS, candidate database, and social platforms is a plus.
• Experience maintaining confidential employee information and HR records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting activities and maintain candidate records.
• Post and manage job advertisements across platforms.
• Track applicants through ATS and coordinate onboarding documentation.
• Source candidates through online platforms and referrals.
• Arrange interviews and communicate scheduling with candidates.
• Prepare offer letters and support pre-employment steps (background checks, verifications).
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and ensure smooth transitions.
• Assist with onboarding documentation and HR reporting.
