Job summary

Hartz in Secaucus, NJ is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Sr. HR Generalist for a hybrid role. You will lead full-cycle recruiting, manage onboarding for remote and on-site hires, and support employee relations and HR projects.

A Bachelor’s in HR or related field and 3+ years’ experience are required. Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and HRIS/Paylocity is preferred. You will collaborate with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, ensure policy compliance, and contribute

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, marketing, communications or a related field.
3+ years of full-cycle in‑house recruiting experience in a consumer goods company.
Experience supporting onboarding and employee engagement initiatives.
Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other TA channels; familiarity with AI tools.

Responsibilities

Lead recruitment and onboarding lifecycle for remote and on‑site hires.
Develop strategies to attract qualified talent via social media, job boards, networking, and referrals.
Partner with managers to understand staffing needs and manage offers and onboarding.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies throughout recruitment and onboarding.
Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency while maintaining accuracy and oversight.
