** Duties**

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles, including technical, executive, campus, and high-volume positions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Utilize talent management software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Kenexa BrassRing, UltiPro, or similar platforms to source candidates efficiently.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit; facilitate candidate sourcing through social media marketing (recruitment) and other channels.
• Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies and internal stakeholders to coordinate recruitment strategies and fulfill staffing needs promptly.
• Negotiate offers and employment terms with candidates while ensuring compliance with employment & labor law and HR legal standards.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies, including cold calling, campus recruitment initiatives, and social media outreach to attract diverse talent pools.
• Support onboarding processes by coordinating employee orientation sessions, employee evaluation procedures, and training & development programs to ensure smooth integration into the organization.

** Experience**

• Proven experience in full cycle recruiting across multiple industries with a strong focus on high-volume recruitment environments.
• Demonstrated ability in talent acquisition techniques such as executive recruiting, campus recruitment, external recruiting, and internal recruiting strategies.
• Proficiency in HR systems like Kronos or UltiPro along with talent management software such as Kenexa BrassRing or similar ATS platforms.
• Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers alike.
• Knowledge of employment law in talent management, HR legal compliance, employee relations, and HR sourcing practices.
• Experience utilizing social media marketing (recruitment) for candidate sourcing and employer branding initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
