Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Two years of related recruitment experience or more.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Utilize recruitment metrics to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and posting strategies.
