Job summary

Volunteer State Community College is seeking an Administrator of Talent Engagement to lead the recruitment process, partner with hiring managers, develop position descriptions and strategic recruitment plans, and promote a positive candidate experience.

This role also oversees compliance, uses ATS and reporting metrics, designs recruiting strategies, and collaborates with Marketing and ERP systems to strengthen hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two years of related experience.
• Experience with ATS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the recruitment process.
• Utilize recruitment metrics to identify improvements.
• Partner with hiring managers to design recruiting strategies.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
• Maintain recruitment systems and provide interviewer training.
