Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of professional experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or recruitment operations.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent processes or projects in a complex or high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer recruitment and search processes across multiple departments and concurrent searches.
• Advise hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment procedures and best practices.
• Support Talent Acquisition initiatives, process improvements, and special projects to enhance recruitment operations.
