Job summary

InCommunity is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Engagement Partner to lead recruitment across our Atlanta programs and ensure alignment with our mission. You will partner with hiring managers to develop postings and sourcing strategies, and manage candidate flow from screening to offer.

You will design engaging onboarding experiences, support employee engagement and DEI initiatives, and monitor recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, business or communications.
• 3+ years of HR experience with ATS/HRIS systems.
• Familiarity with IDD services or healthcare settings a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop job postings and recruitment strategies with hiring managers.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to align with culture and requirements.
• Manage ATS and hiring workflows for efficiency and compliance.
• Coordinate reference checks, background screenings, and onboarding.
• Build talent pipelines for critical roles and future needs.
• Design onboarding experiences that connect new hires to the mission.
• Support DEI initiatives and employee engagement programs.
• Track recruitment metrics and report to leadership.
