Job summary

Wintrust Financial Corporation seeks a Talent Development Consultant in Rosemont, IL to serve as a strategic advisor for business leaders, identifying performance gaps and recommending learning solutions. You will conduct needs analyses and design engaging programs across the organization.

The role partners with stakeholders to drive measurable business impact through targeted development initiatives, leveraging tools like Articulate 360 and Docebo, and coaching junior teammates in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Talent Learning and Development, HR, and Talent Management experience.
• Experience facilitating learning and development programs.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles such as ADDIE or SAM.
• Experience designing talent development programs from intake to completion.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience developing and mentoring junior colleagues.
• Experience with learning tools such as Articulate 360, Docebo, Vyond, Arist.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership & Consulting – conducts needs analyses and designs learning solutions.
• Learning Experience Design & Development – creates engaging talent development programs.
• Project and/or Program Leadership – leads design, implementation, and execution of programs.
• Facilitation & Coaching – facilitates programs and mentors junior team members.
