Job summary

CNA is seeking a Talent Development Senior Consultant in Chicago to design and deliver modern learning solutions that build capability and drive business outcomes. You will partner with Talent Development leaders, HR business partners, and stakeholders to create engaging learning experiences, aided by AI-enabled tools.

The role emphasizes instructional design expertise, project leadership, and change management, with a hybrid work model and a strong focus on measuring impact and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of learner experience design, instructional design methods, adult learning and modern blended learning theory and strategies.
• Expertise in contemporary leadership development trends is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of learning technologies, content creation and curation tools and learning modalities, including Microsoft Office, Articulate 360, Rise and Vyond.
• Solid business acumen and ability to conduct needs analysis to support business goals.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Talent Development leaders and HR partners to design and curate learning programs aligned to strategic priorities.
• Designs learning journeys including sustainment, manager reinforcement, peer learning, nudges, and practical application.
