You will influence engagement, policy interpretation and talent development, while ensuring compliance and fair, consistent application of policies across the organization.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in corporate HR environments, preferably with a shared services model.
• 5+ years of Mortgage services experience.
• Ability to advise senior leaders in a matrixed organization.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office; Workday knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute HR strategies to support compensation, career development, performance management, employee engagement, and affirmative action.
• Partner with front-line to upper management and provide input into compensation, leadership and reporting.
• Support a national team with offices in Chicago, Rosemont, Northbrook, IL, Newark, NJ, Newport Beach, CA and Islandia, NY.
• Investigate employee complaints and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Coach leaders on employee relations issues and advise management on policy interpretation.
