Job summary

Wintrust Financial Corporation in Rosemont, IL seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to serve as the primary HR contact for strategies across compensation, career development, performance management, employee engagement and relations. The role supports a national team with offices in IL, NJ, CA and NY, with minimal travel and hybrid work.

The candidate will advise leaders, implement HR programs, and promote a culture of engagement, growth and compliance within a complex matrix organization.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in a corporate HR environment with a shared services model preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Mortgage services.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Primary link for HR matters, designing and executing HR strategies.
• Support compensation, career development, performance management and employee relations.
• Advise senior management on policy interpretation and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with national team across offices and centers of excellence.
• Lead HR Talent Management programs and change/communication plans.
