Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of Talent Learning and Development, HR, and Talent Management experience.
• Experience facilitating learning and development programs.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles such as ADDIE or SAM.
• Experience designing talent development programs from intake to completion.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience developing and mentoring junior colleagues.
• Experience with learning tools such as Articulate 360, Docebo, Vyond, Arist.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Suite.

This role conducts needs analyses, designs learning experiences, consults on organizational change, and shapes talent development initiatives or programs.
