U.S. Engineering is seeking a Talent Development Specialist to build the Legacy Learning Program, partner with business leaders, and deliver custom learning content.

The role supports individualized solutions to help team members grow, with in-house content creation, various delivery methods, and collaboration with HR Partners for business-aligned development. The position emphasizes coaching, course facilitation, and managing learning resources across company-wide platforms, aiming to maximize

Formación

• 3+ years experience with adult learning theory and instructional design.
• Consult with internal business partners to identify needs and develop innovative solutions.
• Experience facilitating in large group settings.
• Construction or manufacturing industry experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design custom in-house learning content utilizing adult learning theory principles.
• Coach internal Subject Matter Experts on adult learning theory best practices.
• Develop and manage multiple in-house learning series with various delivery methods.
• Provide coaching and other talent development support to managers in the Rocky Mountain region.
• Create individualized learning solutions and resources.
• Coordinate registration and setup for learning courses company-wide.
• Consult with HR Partners to provide talent development solutions.
• Facilitate relevant learning courses for team members.
• Manage and update eLearning content on LMS and intranet.
• Evaluate effectiveness of learning solutions for ROI and business impact.
• Track learning metrics and analyze quarterly ROI.
• Support engagement initiatives with our engagement platform.
• Participate on project teams to support Talent Development and HR strategies.
