Labor Credit Union is seeking a Talent Development Specialist to design, implement, and govern comprehensive learning programs, including onboarding, career pathways, and leadership development. You will collaborate across departments to align programs with strategic goals and to foster a culture of continuous learning.

Responsibilities include needs assessments, curriculum development, delivery of training, and evaluating effectiveness.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/OD/education or related field.
• 3+ years in talent development, training, or related role.
• Experience as teacher or corporate trainer preferred.
• Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning.

Responsabilidades

• Design and manage comprehensive learning programs including onboarding and leadership development.
• Conduct needs analyses to tailor programs to organizational goals.
• Deliver training sessions and facilitate workshops for all staff levels.
• Administer the Learning Management System and training tools.
• Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness.
