Job summary

R1 is hiring a Learning & Development Lead in the United States to drive enterprise leadership programs. You will design, facilitate, and optimize workshops, create engaging e-learning content using Synthesia, Articulate 360, Storyline and Rise, analyze attendance and impact data, and translate insights into scalable solutions.

You’ll partner with internal communications and manage multiple initiatives, staying current with adult learning trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilitation of workshops, training programs, and team development sessions across all levels of the organization.
• Maintain and evolve program materials reflecting adult learning best practices and leadership competencies.
• Create and implement engaging e-learning content from concept through launch using tools like Synthesia, Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise.
• Analyze program data (attendance, completion, feedback, impact ratings) to assess effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Translate business needs and stakeholder input into clear learning solutions that improve program impact.
• Partner with internal communications to market and promote learning programs across the enterprise.
• Manage program timelines, deliverables, and priorities across multiple initiatives.
• Stay current on learning trends and adult learning practices.
• Other duties and projects as required.
