Job summary

SERVPRO is seeking a Talent Development Specialist to advance onboarding, learning and development, employee engagement and leadership programs. You will coordinate programs, manage LMS, and support succession planning, mentorship, and development initiatives.

Responsibilities include designing training materials, coordinating logistics, and partnering with leaders to deliver programs that enhance growth and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in organizational development or talent development.
• Experience facilitating training sessions, workshops, or employee development programs.
• Strong communication, collaboration and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support talent and organizational development programs and initiatives.
• Design and distribute training materials, job aids, communications and development resources.
• Monitor participation and feedback; prepare reports and recommend improvements.
• Partner with leaders to coordinate development activities and external vendors as needed.
