Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, Business Admin, Education, or related field.
• 3–5 years in organizational development, talent development, or L&D.
• Experience supporting onboarding, talent management, and learning programs.
• Experience facilitating training sessions or workshops.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles.
• Experience using LMS or HR tech.
• Strong communication and collaboration across levels of the organization.
• SHRM-CP/PHR or related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support talent and organizational development programs to enhance growth and engagement.
• Develop and facilitate learning and development programs for employees and leaders.
• Serve as system administrator for LMS and talent systems, manage data and reports.
• Own onboarding improvements and feedback processes across headquarters.
• Administer talent programs including succession planning and reviews.
• Support internal development programs such as internships and mentorships.
• Create training materials and resources to support learning and performance.
• Monitor participation and outcomes, report findings, and drive improvements.
• Promote awareness of learning initiatives through communications.
